He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Howe and Vivian Howe (King). He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Ferguson Howe; his children, Robert Howe Jr., Barry Howe, Angelica Howe and Angel Howe; his grandchild Doritha Cox; his brother-in-law Clarence Ferguson (Lisa); and his close friends, Charles and Bonnie Dennison. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
