He is survived by: his wife Sue Ann Saunders Withers; his daughters, Rev. Mary Elizabeth Withers of Harrisonburg, VA, Julie Ann Armstead (Brad) of Huntington and Leah Mae Withers Losh of Barboursville; his grandchildren, Kelci Armstead, Braeden Armstead, Katie Campbell (Jacob) and Kaleb Losh; his nephews, Jim Perry and Allen Vanatter; and his cousin John Hennen. He is also survived by friends and his church family.
