He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Beckley of Prichard, WV, Phyllis Hewlett of Ceredo, WV and Roger Smith of Prichard, WV.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and their children.

In lieu of flowers; the family requests donations to Lawrence Co. Kentucky Animal Control or the animal welfare league of your choice.
