He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy J. Copley and Ardith Peck Copley; and his brothers, George and John Wellman. He is survived by: his children, Rodney Keith, Alex Janelle Copley, Rhonda Crockett (Rudy) and Kimberly Conley; his siblings, Stephen Copley (Stella), Barbara Linkous and Alice Maynard (Maxwell); and his close friend Lucinda. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
