She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles "Orval" Rader and Thelma Rader; her daughter Carol Ann Sullivan; and her siblings, Eleanor Mae Fenney and Charles Orval Rader Jr..

She is survived by : her husband Arnold Eugene Sullivan; her son Steven Dewey Sullivan (Kim); her granddaughters, Hannah Grace Sullivan and Taylor Ann Sullivan-Amend (Devin); and her great grandchild Falyn Nora Grace Amend.
