It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Ernest Byrd of Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on October 15, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Radford and Marie Agnes Hicks Byrd; his daughter Chrissy Byrd Clark; and his brother Daniel Whisenant. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Byrd (Tara) and Loretta Vermillion (Bob). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
