He is survived by: his wife Sandra Roy Cooper of West Hamlin; his siblings, Eddie Cooper of Ranger, Todd Cooper (Liz) of Ranger, Kevin Cooper of Ranger, Christy Williams (Scott) of West Hamlin and Tammy Workman of Ranger; and his grandchildren, Owen, Trace, Myles and Scarlett. He is also survived by extended family members and many dear friends.
