He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Conard and Ida Conard; and his brothers, Bob and Jim Conard. He is survived by: his wife Judy Stark Conard; his daughter Stacey Gracey (Daniel); his grandchildren, Hunter Gracey and Brooke Gracey; and his sister Linda Ellis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
