He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lucas and Lela Fry Lucas; his former wife Frances Ward Lucas; his brother Robert Lucas; and his stepdaughter Raelyn Robinson.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Dutey Lucas; his son Brad Lucas; his stepdaughter Leann Wissman (TR); his grandsons, Jake Lucas, Zac Lucas, Kye Robinson and Gavin Wissman; his siblings, Raymond Lucas (Linda), David Lucas (Mary Ann) and Judy Peck; and his sisters-in-law, Cristi Gossett (Wes), Dorothy Williams, Cora Dixon and Donna Neff. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rollins Funeral Home (1822 Chestnut St, Kenova, WV 25530). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
