He is survived by: his wife Linda of Huntington, WV.; his children, Richard Howell (Kimmy) of Huntington, WV., Victoria Howell of Huntington, WV. and Ashley Howell of Huntington, WV.; his sister Willena Osborne (Leonard) of Mudcreek, KY.; and his grandchildren, Christian James, Elizabeth Howell and Tobias Hall.
