She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Franklin and Susan Nida Pullen; and her siblings, Anna Marie Pullen Hall, Bobby Nello, Guy Franklin, Winford Henson, Russell Laverne and Reba Lou.
She is survived by: her husband David Smith; her daughter Carol Chapman; her son-in-law Eric Chapman of Huntington; and her sons, Michael, Darren and Charles Smith of Huntington. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
