She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer J. Smallridge and Velma Irene Smallridge; her husband Jackie Pullen; her son Joseph Pullen; and her sister Francy Dillon.
She is survived by: her children, Johnna Harshbarger and Jason Ashworth.
