He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn W. Hall and Nancy Ferguson Hall; and his brother G. Thomas Hall. He is survived by: his wife Lillie Hall; his children, William "Will" D. Hall (Tiffany) and Melissa A. Hall; his grandchildren, Jordin, Isabella and Ava Michels; his sister-in-law Sandra Hall; his niece Amy; and his nephew Dylan Cowan.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rollins Funeral Home (1822 Chestnut St, Kenova, WV 25530). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
