He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert Howard Sr. and Katherine Gibson; and his daughter Deloris Lambert. He is survived by: his wife Mondella Howard; his children, Robbie Howard Jr., Samuel Howard, Angel K. Howard, Victoria Higgenbotham and Richard Lee Lambert; his sister Cheryl Jordan; his niece Chasity Holbrook; his nephew John Holbrook; and his granddaughter Delilah Howard.
