He is survived by: his wife Telisha Conaway Lockwood; his children, Jaedyn Elizabeth Moore, Harley Shae Moore, Landon Parker Lockwood and Abigail Raleigh Lockwood; his mother Susan Swanson; his stepfather John Swanson of Huntington; his siblings, John Zackary Swanson (Hannah) of Morgantown, Rachael Abigail Hayes (Jadon) of Huntington, Ian Andrew Swanson of Huntington, Jared Beckett (Lauren), Taylor Midkiff, Joel Midkiff and Sophia Midkiff; his grandparents, John "Poppy", Ruth "Nana" Swanson and Carol "Mimi" Lockwood; and his parents-in-law, Jeffrey and Maggie Conaway. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and numerous special friends.
