He is survived by: his wife Shirley Elaine Ross; his sons, William E. Ross, Jr. of Huntington and Michael P. Ross of Huntington; his sister Joyce Ross of Huntington; his grandsons, Robert Ross and Christopher Beard; his great grandchildren, Madison Ross, Jeremyah Callicoat, Sophia Ross, Elijah Beard, Nayomi Carroll, Dewayne Carroll, III, James Ross and Hannah Ross; and his friends, Vicky and Don Short.
