Avis de décès de James William Davidson
Jim died peacefully on September 23 after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved son of the late Jim and Penny Davidson, cherished brother of Pam Davidson McLernon (late David McLernon), dear Uncle of the late Jennifer McLernon Bjercke (Ulrik Bjercke) and Laura McLernon Pym (Stephen Pym). Loving great-uncle to Charlotte, Sebastian, Lilah, and James. Jim also leaves to mourn his life long friends Angela, Frank, Susan, Liz, and Shelley who were with him throughout his cancer battle.
Jim was a legend in the real estate world, particularly in the Senneville/ West Island area for decades until his retirement. It was always fun to be around Jim. His generosity with friends, and with the elderly was unwavering.
Jim was a devoted volunteer at the SPCA in Montreal, and in the SPCA Monteregie where he purchased a generator for them to continue operating during the Ice Storm. He also volunteered at the McKay Centre for Deaf and Crippled Children, the Montreal Association for the Blind, and in earlier days at Camp Garagona.
Jim loved his childhood family summer vacations in Maine, and more recently winter holidays with special friends in Florida.
Jim above all loved all animals, especially his beloved dogs over the years - Morgan, Harley, Buster, Charlie, and Chloe among many others. And his beloved horse Tosca, with whom he won many ribbons and prizes at Brome Fair and Bedford Fair.
God bless you and keep you Jimmy. Rest in peace.
