She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Woermke and Katie Schaven; her husband Gerald Thomas; her son Brian (Karen Bertrand); and her siblings, Myrtle Young (Linden), Leslie Woermke, Gordon Woermke and Donald Woermke (Joan).

She is survived by: her close friend Jean Burnett. She is also survived by many her nieces, nephews, friends.
