It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Syvret (Chandler, Québec), who passed away on December 17, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband John Touzel; her daughter Kim (Dan Crowley); her sisters, Yetta Dion Syvret and Marion Hotton Syvret; her sisters-in-law, Bessie Touzel and Janice Boyle Touzel; and her siblings, Keith, Ira, Una, Shirley, Ena, Edwin and Irene. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces and several other relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St-Peter's Church of Malbay.
In lieu of flowers, any expression of sympathy may be made by donation, in memory of Mrs. Syvret to Société Alzheimer Gaspésie—Îles-de-la-Madeleine (SAGÎM).
