He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphire Demers and Zita Mainville; and his brothers, Kenneth and Gérard. He is survived by: his spouse Delisca St. Cyr; his children, René (Lynne), Suzie (Yves) and Jean-Marc (Marie-Josée); his grandchildren, Joshua, Jérémie (Jessica), Laurie-Anne, Maêve, Rebecca and Ryan (Rachel); and his siblings, Rolland, Donald, Marcel, Madeleine and Claire. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Alphonsus Church (7 Rue Notre Dame, Chapeau, QC J0X1M0).
