Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Suzanne (Lair) Labine (Chapeau, Québec), who passed away at the age of 75, on November 12, 2025. She was predeceased by: her father François Lair; and her siblings, Françoise (late Jérôme), Jean-Paul and Pierre (Edith). She is survived by: her husband Robert Labine; her children, Sonya Howard (Colin) and Sylvain Labine (Natalie); and her siblings, Marie (Paul), Madeleine (Eric), Louis (Ghislaine), Juliette (Eldon), John and Richard (Joy). She is also survived by her many brothers and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hayes Funeral Home (56 Rue Saint-Jacques, Chapeau, QC J0X1M0). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Alphonsus Church (7 Rue Notre Dame, Chapeau, QC J0X1M0).
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or The Harrington Community Center Generator Project would be greatly appreciated.
