We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2026, Jacquelin Downing of Châteauguay, Québec passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Pierre Lalonde; her daughter Krista Halton; her son-in-law Robbie Toth; her siblings, Cheryl Way and James Downing (Nola); and her nieces and nephews, Matthew Downing, Laura Downing, Justin Way, Serena, Matthew Heneault, Robert, Emily and Caroline Thom. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. George's Anglican Church (162 St. Francis Blvd., Chateauguay, QC J6J1Y7).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society will be appreciated.
