Jean leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Jean’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Jean will carry forward her memory in their hearts.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband David Stewart Hilton; her children, Jo-Anne, Dave, Alex, Matthew, Stuart and Jimmy; and her brothers, Georges Mills, Hugh Mills and James Mills. She was also cherished by her 16 grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Complexe Funéraire Châteauguay (96 Bd Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Châteauguay, QC J6K3A6). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of the Parlor.
