Avis de décès de Heather (Hooker) Morrison

A long-time resident of Cowansville, Québec, passed away peacefully, Tuesday February 17th, 2026. Daughter of Preston Hooker and Lillias Hooker (Greig). She is survived by her sons Bruce and Greig (Mary Strange) and predeceased by her husband Dale J. Morrison.

Heather was born in Ormstown, Québec. As a young woman, she was an avid student at Ormstown High School. Heather attended the Collège de secrétariat Notre-Dame Secretarial College and went on to work at Charles E. Frosst & Co. of Montréal and Hiram Walker and Sons Ltd. in Windsor, Ontario before eventually moving to Cowansville to start a family.

She volunteered for several organizations including The Ladies' Auxiliary of the Brome Missisquoi Perkins Hospital and devoted equestrian, and gardener.

A private family burial is planned. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Brome-Missisquoi-Perkins Hospital Foundation (fondationbmp.ca) would be gratefully acknowledged.

The family would like to thank all the staff of the La Résidence des Bâtisseurs Cowansville for the excellent care received as well as all the people who have supported Mrs. Morrison and the family.
