It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adam Tylza (Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Québec), who passed away on August 14, 2018, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Adam Tylza to pay them a last tribute.
He is survived by: his spouse Marta Tylza; and his children, Agnieszka Tylza (Luigi) and Magdalena Tylza (Mike). He is also survived by his sisters, nieces, nephews and many relatives and friends.
