He is survived by: his spouse Rima Aghaby; his children, Emile (Gisèle Ayas), Rania (Alec Baltadjian) and Dana (Michael Evangelista); his grandchildren, Maya, Layla, Daniel, Nicolas and Talia; and his siblings, Maha (Mowfak Matti), May (Bassem Khoury) and Ghassan (Samar Jouzy).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Amal's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or Teresa Dellar Palliative Center.
