It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David James Topolniski (Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Québec), who passed away on January 9, 2022, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Erin Fagen; his parents, Jim and Maryanne (Boyle); his brother Justin; and his grandparents, Ken and Cathy Boyle. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.

Due to the current pandemic crisis, funeral and visitation capacities are limited and attendance information will be relayed privately.

A donation fund to the JGH has been set up in his name, and funds will go to the Cardiology and Infectious Disease divisions.
