She is survived by: her husband William; her children, Neil (Laura), Jill (Brian) and Mandy (Gerald); and her grandson Andrew.

A celebration of Helen's life will be held at a future date following the relaxation in social distancing restrictions resulting from the current pandemic.

In her memory, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
