He was predeceased by: his wife Gladys Baumgart. He is survived by: his children, Josephine, Andy, Cindy and Ava. He is also survived by his family, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers; a donation in Horst's name to Ste. Anne's Hospital, the Diabetes Foundation or Heart & Stroke Foundation would be most appreciated.
