We are sad to announce that on July 8, 2023, at the age of 81, Jack Black (Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Québec) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his siblings, Calder and Margaret (Ayotte); and his sister-in-law Debbie (Brad). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many, many friends.
Donations can be made in his name to the charity of your choice, to the Canadian Kidney Foundation or the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada.
