It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacques Delorme (Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Québec), who passed away on June 5, 2018, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his spouse Lucia Di Liello; his children, Tara and Eric; his siblings, Guy, André (Linda) and Nancy (Luc); his parents-in-law, Angelo and Giuseppina; his brother-in-law Joe (Anna); and his nieces and nephews, Jesse, Tessa, Sandra, Catherine, Valérie, Karine and Marie. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Society of Quebec or the Montreal Neurological Institute and Hospital in his memory.
