She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas William Burgess; her parents, Andrew and Mary; and her siblings, Elizabeth, Margaret, Edward, Irene, Andrew, Bertha, Winifred, Maisie and James.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marlene (Serge) and Karen (Mike); her grandchildren, Jason (Nittaya), Steven, Christopher, Kayla and Denver; and her great grandchildren, Araya and Amiya. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 14th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Voluntas Funeral Home (4695 Blvd St-Jean, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, Québec H9H2A7). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Mary's Hospital Foundation (https://stmaryshospitalfoundation.ca) in Nanny's memory would be greatly appreciated.
