He was predeceased by: his spouse Sylvia Dunlop. He is survived by: his children, Glenn (Simone), Sharon (David), Evan (Linda), Brian (Ruth), Gail (Kirk), Barry (Linda), Debbie (Christine) and Kimberly (Michael). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Leonard's name to Ste Anne's Veterans Hospital.
