She was predeceased by: her wife Frank Sutton; and her child Michael Sutton (Susan). She is survived by: her sibling David Smith (Jenny); her child Sheila Kennedy; her grandchildren, Kristy Sutton (Tony Slater), Ryan Kennedy (Tara Ramiengar), Michael Sutton (Barbara Skolski) and Corrine Kennedy (Shawn Cronkwright); her great grandchildren, Madison, Phoenix, Priya, Kiran, Mabel, Emmett and Shyam; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Charlotte, Sophia and Dexter.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society or cancer research.
