She was predeceased by: her spouse Thambapilai Ponnampalam. She is survived by: her children, Balakrishnan, Shanthini, Nalayini, Aruchuna and Jeyanthan; and her grandchildren, Sutharsan, Jasmine, Vinoth, Shameera, Sellume and Sherina. She is also survived by her family and friends.
