He was predeceased by: his parent John Bracegirdle. He is survived by: his parent Joan Bracegirdle; his spouse Sandra Bracegirdle; his children, Sophia and Chelsea; his grandchildren, Aubree, Rylee and Brooke; and his sisters, Susan and Sharyn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Montreal Neurological Institute.
