He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Hurlburt; and his daughter Dona. He is survived by: his son Dave (Mary); and his grandchildren, Robert (Dawn), Michael (Fanny), Christopher (Indra), Patrick (Stephanie), Gilles (Patricia), Nino and Andrew. He is also survived by his 10 great-grandchildren.
