He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Thurston and Patricia Irving. He is survived by: his siblings, Ian (Fern Leblanc), Kevin (Donna Thomas), Lyndon (Carole Robidoux), Lorna (Henrik Mieras), Darlene and Robert (Stephanie Eiknes). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rodrigue Montpetit & Fils Funeral Home (170 Rue Châteauguay, Huntingdon, QC J0S1H0).
