He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his sons, Haavard, Jarle (Patrick), Jonathan (Elizabeth) and Tommy (Brenna); his sisters, Anne and Bjorg; and his parents-in-law, Frank and Thérèse. He is also survived by his cousins and many friends.
