He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace and Emma; and his brother Stephen (Sue). He is survived by: his wife Monica (Ullyett); his children, Andrew (Stephanie) and Karen; and his grandchildren, Kayleigh, Ethan, Matthew and Patrick. He is also survived by extended family and lifelong friends.
