She was predeceased by: her siblings, Lucille Leclair Mapp, Jeannine (Gerald), Jean-Denis (Fay), Yvon (Nicole) and Marcel (Jeannette); her children, Diane, Rachelle, Viviane, Ginette and Gaston; her sister-in-law Shirley Deslauriers (Yvan); and her son-in-law Stanley Broomfield (Helen Mapp).
She is survived by: her husband Rolland Mapp; her siblings, Audrey and Yvan; her children, Helen Broomfield, Annette Broomfield, Francine Woods and Paul; her grandchildren, Tina Woods, Hank Broomfield (Lynda), Kevin Broomfield, Lucille Broomfield Moffat (Curtis Moffat), Anita Broomfield and Christopher Broomfield; and her great grandchildren, Jessie, Chloe, Jason Woods, Adam, Lisa (Fehr), Connor, Darian, Cassandra, Austin, Avery, Phoenix and Stanley Broomfield. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 24th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Église Sainte-Anastasie (174 Av. Béthany, Lachute, QC J8H1M3). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Harrington Golden Age in memory of Maggie.
