Avis de décès de Sterling Norman Woods

We are sad to announce that, on October 5, 2025, Sterling Norman Woods (Lachute, Québec) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilda Woods and Norman Woods; and his siblings, Melvin (Beverly), Ernie and Evelyn (Randy).

He is survived by: his wife Gertrude "Garry" McDonnell; his children, David, Jim (Michèle), Cindy (Steve) and Steven; his grandchildren, Mélyssa (Matt), Brandon, Paige, Erin and Patrick; and his sister Beverly (late Bev). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and friends.

Special thanks to Julie, Pierre and all the Lachute Hospital's palliative and home care staff and also to Ann, Frank, Jennifer, Kenneth and David C. At the family's request donation in his memory would be appreciated to the Fondation de l'Hôpital d'Argenteuil and to be directed to the Soutien à domicile (Home Care).
