With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Boucouvalas (Laval, Québec), who passed away on November 29, 2025 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Boucouvalas to pay them a last tribute.
As we bid adieu to John's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration John has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Eugenia Varelaki; his children, Chris (Anna) and Steve (Nancy); his grandchildren, John, Michael, Alexandra (Kurtis) and Olivia (George); and his great grandchild John. He was also cherished by his family, relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church (4865 Chem. du Souvenir, Laval, QC H7W1E1).
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Greek Community of Greater Montreal, would be appreciated.
