With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rosa (Lamorte) Valente (Laval, Québec), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 19, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Francesco; her son Gerardo; and her granddaughter Sabrina. She is survived by: her children, Maria (Joe) and Joe (Kathryn); her daughter-in-law Sandra; her grandchildren, Jennifer, Christine, Melissa (Jonathan), Erika (James), Julia (Sean), Francesco (Bianca) and Michael (Kahini); and her great grandchildren, Vittorio, Stella-Rose, Gemma, Sienna and Dalia. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
