It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Savvas Alexiou (Laval, Québec), who passed away on February 24, 2026, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Savvas Alexiou to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his children, George (Johane), Triantafilia (Alexandros) and Georgia (Moise); his grandchildren, Savvas (Athina), Evgenia (Jonathan), Yannis, Maria (George), Eugenia, Haralambos and Vasiliki; his great grandchildren, Nathaniel, Zoe-Elizabeth, Ioannis, Antonia and Triantafilia; and his brother Dimitrios. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, as well as by all other family and friends.

Viewing was held on Wednesday, March 4th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church (4865 Chem. du Souvenir, Laval, QC H7W1E1).
