In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Otis James had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Otis James may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Norval Coull and Elsie Coull; his siblings, Edna, Ina, Sheila, Leslie (late Cora) and Delmer (late Doreen); and his niece Heather.

He is survived by: his siblings, Bogue (Dorothy) and Judy (late Larry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Andrews United Cemetery.
