She was predeceased by: her father Gordon Browne; and her brother-in-law Douglas Tisdale. She is survived by: her husband Yves Lapointe; her daughters, Catherine and Alexandra; her mother Marcelle Fortin; her stepfather Michel Collin; her sisters, Sonya and Stephanie (Chuck Dennison); and her siblings-in-law, Nicole, Diane, Beth, Marc and Michel. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 3rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 3rd 2026 at 3:00 PM.
