He was predeceased by: his wife Noreen Palayew (Nora); and his siblings, Anita, Jack and Evelyn. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Lipsin (Connie Black), Jonathon Lipsin (Laura Pẽna) and Gregory Lipsin (Lorraine Rennie); his grandchildren, Amber and Jeremy; and his niece Lyvia. He is also survived by nephews, family and friends.
