He was predeceased by: his wife Roslyn; his sibling Manny Spivak; and his siblings-in-law, Bernie Steiman and Mary Goldwater. He is survived by: his children, Monty (Rosi) and Howard (Gina); his siblings, Harry Spivak and Myer; and his siblings-in-law, Frank and Esther Steiman. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, family and friends.
