She was predeceased by: her brothers, William, Michael and Ambrose; her wife John Burych; and her child Orysia Walsh.
She is survived by: her children, Doreen Keyes, Catherine Moore, Jo-Anne Harris (Thomas), Tanya Walsh (Jane), Tamara Gillam (Todd), Sean Keyes (Jo-Anne), Jennifer Parks (Rob), Tara Gemmill (Jamie), Melissa Moore, Alicia Moore and Alana Spindler (Erik); her great grandchildren, Quinn Gillam, Carter Gillam, Andrew Keyes, Patrick Keyes, Georgia, Julianna, Lee Parks, Davis, Isabelle, Jack Gemmill, Teagan Spindler and Owen Spindler; and her sisters, Olga Kowal and Natalie Veremchuk. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the medical, nursing and auxiliary staff at the Ottawa Civic Hospital for their compassionate care of Anne and empathetic support of the family In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Ottawa Hospital Foundation http://www.ohfoundation.ca would be greatly appreciated.
